KAIROS ACADEMY
THE NEXT IS NOW...
Kairos Academy (KA) is a leadership and discipleship school for youths (Y7-11) of His Story Church, founded in 2022 by Pastor Joshua Park.
He carried a vision of raising a young generation of spiritually grounded and practically equipped leaders who can impact the nations.
Inspired by figures in the Bible like Daniel and Joshua, KA challenges students to rise up in faith and character, living out their calling with excellence in the context of spiritual community. Holding onto the motto “The Next is Now”, KA affirms that students don’t need to wait until adulthood to be used by God – in fact, He is calling them and shaping them today.
KA operates on a term-based model aligned with the Australian public school holidays, offering three unique trips each year during Easter, Winter, and Spring breaks. Each trip includes a Preparation Phase (training and administration), a Field Phase (local or overseas mission), and a Return Phase (debrief and reporting).
The globe becomes KA’s classroom, as students are immersed in real-life ministry and leadership experiences that stretch their faith, build their character and sharpen their vision.
Each KA trip is carefully thought out to challenge students to a global perspective. Parents are also actively engaged throughout the process to support their child’s growth during these precious years of formation.
HIS YOUTH (High School)

His Youth is passionate about raising and equipping the next generation to know God personally, walk closely with Him, and live to do His Will.
We believe that God is moving in this generation and as we steward what He is doing, His Youth will rise to lead. They won’t just watch history happen, they will be leading to complete God’s mission in the nations.
We see a generation becoming like Joshua, bold in leadership. Like Daniel, faithful in a culture of compromise. Like Esther, courageous for such a time as this.
Friday Night Youth (FNY)
His Youth gathers every Friday night during school term, not just for an event, but for a life-changing encounter.
These nights are a powerful platform for the youth to worship, encounter God, and grow in His Word. It's a space where they align their hearts with God and grow together in spiritual community.
HIS KIDS (Y3-Y6)

His Kids is all about creating an environment for genuine personal encounters with God (Deuteronomy 6:5-7) and training (Proverbs 22:6) our kids in the ways of God to be the leaders in their generation for the Kingdom.
Saturday Kids Training (KT)
Every Saturday at His Kids we have Kids Training (KT), our flagship kids program designed for Kids aged between Year 3-6 to engnage in a dynamic discipleship program where they can have fun, encounter God, and be practically equipped with spiritual principles and disciplines found in the Word.
HIS POWER (Kindy - Y2)
At His Power, we are passionate about raising a young generation who stands strong on the Word of God and vibrant worship. In these foundational early school years, we intentionally guide our children to deeply encounter God through His truth and presence.
HIS DREAM (30mth~)
His Dream provides a joyful space where they can discover the wonders of God's love. Grounded in the faithful foundation of their parents' faith, we encourage these little hearts to know Jesus personally. We are devoted to helping them grow into beautiful children who love God with all their heart and mind.
HIS BABY
His Baby is dedicated to nurturing infants and toddlers within the love of God and the faithful prayers of their parents. Our heart is to see these precious babies grow up securely, surrounded by God’s grace and learning to love Him from day one.
